Pam Walters, Chief Executive Officer, responsible for managing the organisation as a whole, on behalf of the Management Committee. Pam would deal with any organisational problems, complaints, development, staff management and funding.

 

Delia Forster-Cooper, Service Administrator, is responsible for the administration of the service, finance and information systems. She helps to sort out the day to day service problems, orders, payments, documents and a host of other essential things. She is also the person who answers the phone and emails, so will probably be your first point of contact.

 

Stephen Firth – Outreach Officer – is responsible for home visits, service delivery and organising training and induction for staff and volunteers.

 

Margaret Dodd, Sight Aid Outreach Worker, who covers mainly the Outwood Demo Days and also support the other bases.

 

Caroline Barker, Sight Aid Outreach Worker, who covers the Demo Days at Castleford and South Kirkby.
